When I first met Ebony, she was in a white dress. White dresses are associated with angels and I felt she might be my angel. I can still remember the look of excitement in her eyes and the smile on her face in our very first conversation. Her eyes searched my face for imperfections and mine searched hers. By the end of our conversation we began to talk of church and then we said our goodbyes after exchanging numbers. As she walked away, I turned and thought to myself there is something different; something special about that beautiful woman.
Fast-forward 4 years; Ebony is my angel and she still has that same excitement in her eyes when we talk. Might I add, she still has yet to find an imperfection in my face. LOL! I haven't found one in hers either. We still continue to keep God in our conversations as we did the night we met. I know this is a love that only God has put together and He will also be the one to keep us together…forever!
Steve is a Dispatch Supervisor for Snider Tire. He resides in Browns Summit, NC and hails from Elizabeth City, NC. He has two beautiful children, Joel and Jo'Niyah

For four beautiful years, I have captured the true meaning of kindred spirits in love. Steve has been my rock, my protector, my comforter, my best friend. I feel as if I am the luckiest woman in the world to have met someone so sweet, caring, and kind; yet, still firm when I need it most. I can recall in the beginning waiting for a sign because everything seemed too good to be true. To this day, that sign never came. Thank God whom I must also thank for blessing me with my Soulmate; the Man I will spend my eternity with. The Man I have laughed so hard with, prayed with through the good and the bad, traveled this world with, and loved deeply with. I am overjoyed that he chose me and I will continue to give him all of the love he so deserves.
